🍰 Sweet Success at EACA’s Third General Meeting

EACA members gathered on August 20 for our third General Meeting of the year, followed by a Dessert Social that certainly lived up to its name! The turnout was terrific, and EACA provided an impressive spread of cakes, pies, cookies, and other treats. It was a fun, relaxed evening and a great chance for members to catch up as we head into the final stretch before the Studio Tour.

During the meeting, Vice President Pat Rasmussen shared some very welcome news: the Studio Tour Opening Reception and Preview Gallery are officially green-lighted for September 18–20 at the ECIA facilities. After the uncertainty surrounding use of the Community Center this year, it was especially good to hear that these important Studio Tour traditions will be moving forward as planned.

Pat also announced that Debbie Parke will serve as EACA’s liaison with the ECIA Board of Directors, helping maintain clear communication and coordination between the two organizations.

With the Studio Tour just around the corner, there was plenty of energy and excitement in the room—and plenty of dessert to go around. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a great success!
