Saturday, April 12 | Noon–2 PM | Eldorado Community Center
Eldorado’s annual Earth Day Celebration is just around the corner, and EACA will be there with a fun, hands-on art project for kids! We'll be guiding young artists in creating fantastic found-art insects—sculptural creepy-crawlies made entirely from recycled and repurposed materials.
🐞 How You Can Help
We’re collecting materials that kids can turn into insect bodies, legs, wings, and antennae. Please dig through your junk drawers and recycling bins—get creative!
Suggested items include:
Old paintbrushes
Kitchen sponges
Paper clips and clamps
Beads & buttons
Game pieces
Silverware
Fabric & paper scraps
📦 Where to Drop Off Supplies
Drop off your donated items by Wednesday, April 9 in the purple bin outside Julie Hill’s studio at:29 Bosque Loop, Eldorado
Let’s come together to celebrate Earth Day through creativity and sustainability. See you there! 🌍🎨
