Joe Mullins

I am primarily a landscape painter but I also paint portraits and cityscapes. After living in the Hudson River Valley, I recently moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. I am interested in the process of letting an image form on its own. I’ve found New Mexico a perfect place as a visual platform. My work focuses on light and atmosphere. I work primarily in watercolor, oil pastels and pen and ink. Lifetime member of the Art Students League New Mexico Watercolor Society, Signature Member.
