Heidi Vogel

I’ve recently been painting small watercolors depicting birds, wildlife, and NM scenery, but started many years ago, as an oil painter exploring the effects of light and color, both in plein air and studio painting. Often I incorporate animal images and endeavor to convey their spirit. I’m a member of the Plein Air Painters of New Mexico, and have had works accepted to juried shows in Alaska, the New Mexico Art League in Albuquerque, and the Old Church Fine Arts Show in Corrales.
