Using a bold palette, I create grids, weaving the horizontal (reflective of our New Mexico panorama) and vertical (like our columnar rock formations). Building up layers, I find abstract forms---reminiscent of past dreams---emerging, evoking organic structures, iconic figures, multi-cultural designs, or animal shapes.
