Functional and decorative tableware and tile; bright, lively and visually interesting.

I've been making functional tableware and tile for the last 20 years. I use white stoneware for it's durability and it's bright glazes. I'm primarily inspired by the natural world; it's incredible array of form and color. Mostly I handbuild my pieces, having given up the potter's wheel for the increased possibilities of slab-built work. I am know for my serving dishes platters, and for my unique art tile work.
